By using Fits you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What Fits is
Fits identifies clothing and accessories in videos and photos you share with it and suggests where to buy the same or similar items. Matches are automated best-effort identifications, labeled by confidence (exact, close, similar). We don't guarantee any match is correct, in stock, or accurately priced — always confirm details with the retailer before buying.
Your content
Only share posts and photos you have the right to share. Fits reads public social posts; it does not access private accounts. You retain ownership of anything you submit; you grant us the license needed to process it and operate the service (including generating share pages you choose to create).
Purchases
Fits is not the seller of any item shown. Purchases happen on the retailer's site under their terms. Some links are affiliate links — Fits may earn a commission at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
Fits Pro is billed through your Apple ID (monthly or annual, with any free-trial terms shown at purchase). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service — no scraping, reselling scan capacity, reverse engineering, or using Fits to violate anyone's rights or a platform's terms. Free scan limits reset weekly; we may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the system.
Liability
Fits is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for purchase decisions, retailer conduct, pricing errors, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
